In recognition of his wide experience and vast knowledge in the round leather game, the son of late Chief Coach Godwin Etemike of the Green Eagles fame, Kelvin ETEMIKE, has been appointed General Manager of the upcoming nonleague professional outfit, Ajuwa Football Club of Lagos

Conveying the offer of appointment to Etemike, Spain-based ex-international and Chairman of Ajuwa Football Club of Lagos, Bina Ajuwa, urged the new General Manager to bring his wealth of experience in football administration to bear on his new assignment, by improving the club’s fortunes and taking them to the next level  in no distant time

The Ajuwa FC Chairman also tasked the new club’s General Manager to do an extensive restructuring and scout for new players who will fit into the club, ‘s game plan without much prodding

Bina Ajuwa expressed confidence in the ability of Etemike to bring glory to the club given his antecedents in football administration

While accepting the offer, Etemike, presently a scouting representative of OPS of Finland, Sporting Director of Tristone, and the Technical Director of the Football Association at Ajeromi Ifelodun Local Government Football Association in Lagos State, thanked the Chairman of the club for the appointment and promised to bring his wealth of experience to bear, in the discharge of his new duties.

He revealed that this year 2023 alone, over 10 Ajuwa FC players have moved out of the country to Spain, with some being loaned out by Real Oviedo.
