After Attempted Baby Kidnap, Jaro Egbo Extends Sympathy and Support

Ughelli, Delta State – In a kind and caring move, the Executive Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government Area, Olorogun (Barr.) Jaro Movudu Egbo Ksc, visited the family of a 3-month-old baby who was almost kidnapped in Oveto Street, Ughelli.

Thanks to some brave and kind people—called good Samaritans—the baby was saved before the kidnapper could get away. Everyone was relieved that the baby was safe.

While speaking to news reporters during his visit, Chairman Jaro Egbo said he was very worried about the growing number of security problems in the area. He shared that he heard about the scary incident while he was at a security meeting in Asaba, the capital of Delta State. As soon as he got the news, he took quick steps to help with the rescue.

“I want to assure every resident of Ughelli North that the safety of our people, especially our children, remains a top priority,” he said. “Justice will be served, and we will continue to work closely with security agencies to prevent such acts.”

The Chairman also gave important advice to parents and guardians. He said they should always keep a close eye on their children and be more careful, especially in public places. He explained that when people work together and help the police by sharing information, bad things like this can be stopped before they happen.

He didn’t come alone. He was joined by some of his aides, senior officials from the local government, and his political friends. This showed that the council takes the issue very seriously and wants to protect the whole community.

One of the most touching moments was when Chairman Egbo gave some thoughtful gifts to the baby’s family. This kind gesture showed that he truly cares about the people he serves.

This event reminded everyone in Ughelli how important it is to watch out for one another and keep children safe. The Chairman promised that the government would continue working hard to make sure homes, streets, and communities remain secure.
