The Delta State Government, through its Job and Wealth Creation Bureau, has announced the launch of the 2024 edition of its Business Upscale Programme, known as MORE BIZUP.
According to a press statement issued by the Bureau and signed by the Chief Job and Wealth Creation Officer, Comrade Ifeanyi Egwunyenga, the programme is now open for applications. Business owners across Delta State are encouraged to apply for the 2024 cycle of MORE BIZUP.
The application process is free and targets individuals aged 21-45 who own registered businesses in Delta State and seek to enhance their business knowledge and skills.
The programme covers several business categories, including Information and Communication Technologies: Computer and smartphone maintenance.
Building and Construction Services: Aluminum profiling, PoP, interlocking, tiling, welding and fabrication, electrical and solar installation
Handicraft: Fashion design, leather works, furniture, and woodwork. Personal Services: Hairdressing/makeovers, event management, catering and confectionery, industrial cleaning.
Audio-Visual Services: Cinematography, photography, and graphic design
