Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC, has sends a diamond wishes to His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Orovwhedor Oborevwori, Governor of Delta State on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
The Board in a statement signed by the Managing Director, CEO, Chief Festus M. Ochonogor on Monday, described the Delta State Governor “as a man of destiny.”
