The presiding Bishop of the House of Gladtidings Mission International incorporated, Bishop Prince Edugbo has said that the only way Christians can be lifted by God is when they obtain mercy.
He disclosed this at the 2022 Easter prophetic Conference of the Church held at the House of Gladtidings Mission headquarters, Asaba, Delta State.
In his opening sermon to mark the Easter Prophetic Conference, Bishop Edugbo advised Christians not to give up on God no matter what they go through in life adding that there is no glory without a story.
The president and founder of the Rhema Embassy Church, Benin City, Bishop Shekinah Omorogbe who was a guest speaker at the conference said Christians can miss their blessings and help if they are not under grace.
Bishop Omorogbe who spoke on the topic, “Grace found me”, said the level every man is praying for is from a man adding that God will always use somebody to lift another person.
He advised Christians to hold on to God saying that what they have gone through does not determine what they will go through in life.
Meanwhile, the outreach director of the Mission, Apostle Jessy Kings who was also a guest speaker at the conference said Jesus had already passed through everything Christians are passing through today.
The preacher who spoke on the topic ” Lifted by Grace” said God is the source of all grace, Jesus is the medium or channel of grace and the Holy Spirit is the medium for the impartation of grace in the life of a believer.
Apostle Jessy who took his bible reading from Hebrews 14:14-16 said when God grants a man mercy, he or she is qualified for grace.
He called on Christians to engage themselves in doing something adding that grace does not come when someone is idle in life.
The Conference featured salvation, sermon and lectures, deliverance, breakthrough, holy communion, and Thanksgiving service on Easter Sunday.
