Popular Nigerian music producer, Ayorinde Faboro better known as Dr. Frabz is dead.
This was made known by Samklef, a fellow producer who confirmed it to Punch on Saturday, February 27, 2021.
Samklef also disclosed it on his Twitter account wrote, “Rip legend! Ayo ( dr Franz) We spoke 2 weeks ago u asked how is Houston treating me? I came to Maryland yesterday only for me to hear that u are no more today. What a sad day! A brother is gone! another producer is gone! RIP!”
According to reports trending on social media, the prolific music producer was shot dead by unknown gunmen. Though, details of his death haven’t been known at the time of filing this report.
Dr. Frabz has produced hit songs like Dagrin’s “Thank God”, WizKid’s “Bombay”, and “Joy”.
He had also worked with various music stars such as Naeto C, Davido, Dagrin, YQ, Shank, Omawumi, and others.
He hails from Ekiti State, started music at age 6 when he starts playing the piano.
