Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has celebrated the 66th birthday of former senator James Ebiowou Manager, commending his years of service and contributions to the development of Delta State and Nigeria.
In a congratulatory message released through his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the governor described Manager as a respected statesman who has remained committed to democracy, good governance and the welfare of the people throughout his political career.
Oborevwori said the former Delta South senator had built a reputation for dedication, experience and leadership, noting that his contributions to legislative governance and the socio-economic growth of Delta State continue to earn him respect across the country.
According to the governor, Manager’s years in public office were marked by loyalty, courage and unwavering commitment to serving the people, adding that his wealth of experience continues to inspire younger politicians and public office holders.
He said: “On behalf of my family, the Government and people of Delta State, I warmly congratulate Senator James Ebiowou Manager, CON, on the joyous occasion of his 66th birth anniversary.

The governor wished the former senator good health, wisdom and many more years of fruitful service, expressing confidence that his experience and counsel would continue to benefit Delta State and the nation.
