Kukuru Praises Oborevwori, Says Delta Is Witnessing Rapid Development

A cleric and community leader from Delta State, Benjamin Kukuru, has praised the leadership of Sheriff Oborevwori, saying the state is experiencing more prosperity under the governor’s administration.

Kukuru, popularly known as Apostle Ebis, made the remarks during a media chat held in Warri.

Speaking during the interaction with journalists, Apostle Kukuru said the various development projects carried out by Governor Oborevwori show that the governor is committed to improving the lives of the people.

According to him, the quality of the projects across the state is a clear sign that the governor believes strongly in the well-being and progress of the people of Delta State.

He noted that the ongoing developments, particularly in Warri and surrounding communities, have helped to improve infrastructure and bring more economic opportunities to residents.

“The projects being executed by Governor Oborevwori show that he truly cares about the welfare of the people. The level of development we are seeing today is a strong indication that Delta State is moving forward,” he said.

Apostle Kukuru described Governor Oborevwori as a visionary leader, adding that his leadership style has made him one of the best governors the state has witnessed.

He said the governor’s approach to governance and commitment to delivering projects have helped to change the face of several parts of the state, especially Warri.

According to him, many residents can now see visible improvements in infrastructure and public facilities.

The cleric also urged the people of Delta State to continue supporting Governor Oborevwori in order to sustain the pace of development in the state.

Looking ahead to the 2027 general elections, Kukuru said continued support for the governor would ensure that more development projects are delivered to communities across the state.

He emphasized that unity and cooperation between the government and the people are necessary for progress.

Apostle Kukuru, who hails from Warri North Local Government Area, also spoke about his interest in politics.

He explained that his decision to participate in politics is motivated by a desire to attract the dividends of democracy to his constituency and provide quality representation for his people in the Delta State House of Assembly.

“My journey into politics is to attract the dividends of democracy to my constituency and to give my people quality representation in the State House of Assembly,” he said.

Kukuru also commended the people of Warri North Local Government Area for maintaining peace and unity in their communities.

He described the people of the area as peaceful and cooperative, adding that such unity is important for development and stability.

At the end of the media chat, Apostle Kukuru prayed for the continued protection, peace, and progress of the people of Warri North and the entire Delta State.

He asked God to guide the leaders of the state and help them continue working towards the development and prosperity of the region.
