Popular Nigerian singer and songwriter, Teniola Apata, better known as Teni has released her long-awaited album ‘Wonderland’.
The album ‘Wonderland’ was released on Friday, March 19, 2021, as a testament to the dedication and an attempt to reach new heights.
The 17-track album was released follows his recent collaboration with Nigerian superstar, Davido on the single ‘For You’ which has gained international success and currently the number song in Nigeria.
The album ‘Wonderland’ was made across London, New York, Dubai, Orlando, Ondo, Lagos, and Abuja in two years.
The album was an expansion project created to reach out to different audiences as it was released to stir up emotions within the old and young people.
According to Teni in her statement said, “I want to see old and young people shed tear laugh, dance, relate and themselves in the songs and the videos to come.”
Teni who is well known for her blend of Afrobeat, pop, and R&B opens the album with an idyllic track ‘Maja’ that narrates the story of her life followed by her recent single with Davido ‘For You’ which had trading pitch-perfect vocals.
The album ‘Wonderland’ is currently available on all streaming platforms worldwide.
