A kind-hearted businessman, Stanley Chukwudumebi Otoma, has paid the registration fees for the 2025 Primary School Leaving Certificate Examination (also called the Primary Six Exam) for all primary school pupils in Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State.
Otoma is the CEO of One Needs Group of Companies, which owns One Needs Properties, a real estate company. His generous act has helped over 1,500 students from different schools in the area, ensuring they can take their exams without worrying about money.
Why He Did It
During a visit to the schools, Otoma explained that his decision to pay the fees came from his deep belief in education and his desire to help young people succeed.
“Education is the key to a bright future, and I believe every child should have the opportunity to learn and achieve their dreams, no matter their financial situation,” he said.
He emphasized that children represent the future of Delta State, and he is proud to support them on their journey to success. He also encouraged the students to take their studies seriously and do their best in the exam.
Leaders and Teachers Appreciate the Support
The chairman of the Association of Primary School Heads of Nigeria (AOPSHON), Comrade Chima Ugochukwu Anthony, and the National Deputy President of AOPSHON, Comrade Ogoh Augustine, praised Otoma for his generosity.
They expressed gratitude on behalf of the students, parents, and teachers, acknowledging that his support will make a big difference in the lives of many children.
“We are truly grateful to One Needs Group of Companies for this amazing act of kindness. We pray that God blesses Otoma for helping these children,” said Comrade Chima.
A Call for More Support
Otoma urged other well-meaning individuals and companies to invest in the education of young people. He encouraged them to give back to society and help children achieve their dreams.
He also thanked the school management and teachers for their dedication to educating the students and encouraged the children to study hard and excel in their exams.
With this kind gesture, many students in Oshimili North now have one less obstacle standing in the way of their education, giving them a better chance at a brighter future.
