Last Sunday was an exciting experience as, Nigerian highlife musician, Flavour, stormed his hometown, Umunze, in Anambra State with his homecoming concert.
The concert was organized by Life Beer, one of the major cultural stakeholders in the Southeast of Nigeria over the years.
The event is filled with a non-stop groovy and it is free for attendees.

According to Flavour while commenting on the event, he said “I feel like it’s the perfect way to celebrate with my fans. What a truly amazing year we have had, and bring in brand new energy for the New Year.”
Also commenting is the Aishat Anaekwe, the Senior Brand Manager of Life Continental Beer said: “For decades, Life Beer has supported the progress and success of easterners. We are using the concert to give our wonderful consumers a thrilling concert with one of Nigeria’s finest High-life musicians, Flavour of Africa. As we grow, it is also our desire that our loyal customers and partners across the nation grow with us.”
Some other guest artists that excited the audience include Phyno, who reeled out his rap hits to the amazing crowd; Masterkraft, Obi Cubana, WhiteMoney, the BBNaija season 6 winner as well as the viral sensation Prophet Odumeje, who also threw the crowd into a comic atmosphere.



Recently, Flavour has had quite a prosperous run with his Flavour of Africa U.S. tour including many sold-out venues in major cities such as Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis as well as his headline performance at New York’s legendary SOB.
Last month, he also shut down another headline concert in Lagos as part of the Flytime Music Festival.
