Pure Food, Pure Care – The Benrotimi Farm Promise

Because What You Eat Should Always Be Safe and Pure

In a quiet part of Delta State, there’s a place where fresh catfish leap in clear ponds, snails grow slowly under shaded sheds, and cucumbers glisten under the morning sun. This is Benrotimi Farm Ltd — not just a farm, but a bold vision for Nigeria’s food future.

From poultry to fish, from snails to fresh vegetables, Benrotimi Farm is setting a new standard for quality, honesty, and care in agriculture.

No shortcuts, only natural growth

Mr. Benjamin Olusoji Olarotimi, CEO of Benrotimi Farm, is clear about what makes their products different: “Our products are special because we raise everything naturally. For our birds, we buy them from day-old chicks — not point-of-lay — and we patiently grow them to a healthy stage before selling. Some farms inject their birds with chemicals to make them grow faster, but we don’t do that. We care about human health, so we don’t use artificial boosters in our eggs, fish, or snails. Everything is fresh, clean, and natural.”

From hatch to harvest, every step matters

Raising fish at Benrotimi Farm is a process built on knowledge and patience. “We have brood stock for hatching and raise them in both earth and concrete ponds,” says Olarotimi. “We feed them according to size — 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, and 9mm feeds — and separate them so they can grow well. It’s like managing money: you track your capital, expenses, and profit. The challenge is the high cost of fish feed, which is tough for farmers, but we still make sure our quality never drops.”

Eggs that stay fresh and healthy

At Benrotimi Farm, eggs are treated with the same care. The birds lay naturally — some bigger eggs, some smaller — twice a day. “We don’t give drugs to force production,” he explains. “We store them properly to avoid spoilage, and if any customer gets a bad egg, we replace it. We believe in giving people value for their money.”

Impact beyond the farm

Benrotimi Farm is more than a business; it’s a community lifeline. It has created jobs for locals, connected electricity to parts of the community, and supported young workers by paying school fees and providing learning materials. “We’ve given young people a place to work and grow,” Olarotimi says.

Customers keep coming back

The farm’s loyal customer base stretches across Delta State, with buyers coming for eggs, fish, chickens, goats, and snails. “Some buy weekly, others buy for catering, and some supply major markets like Warri. People know they’ll get fresh products here — and at better prices than the open market.”

Affordable prices, unbeatable quality Before setting prices, the farm always checks the market rate. For instance, “If eggs sell in the market for ₦10,000 per crate, we might sell at ₦8,500 because we produce them ourselves,” Olarotimi explains.

A farm with a national dream

From its roots in Delta State, Benrotimi Farm is proving that with vision, care, and community spirit, one farm can feed thousands — and inspire a nation. “I tell Nigerians to be patient,” Olarotimi smiles. “I will be the next Dangote of Nigeria.”
