Senior Pastor of Awaiting The Second Coming Of Christ Ministry, Adewale Giwa has advised OAP Ifedayo Olarinde, aka Daddy Freeze to channel his criticism on the bad administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.
Addressing his members in Akure on Sunday, the cleric wondered why Daddy Freeze had kept mute on the attacks on Christians in northern Nigeria, fuel price hike, and electricity tariff.
Recall that Daddy Freeze had come under attack from several reputable clerics, including Senior Pastor, Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Dr. Paul Enenche; the founder of Salvation Ministries, Pastor David Ibiyeomie, and several others for verbally attacking Bishop David Oyedepo of the Living Faith Church.
The disputes generated by Daddy Freeze’s insult on Oyedepo may have finally come to an end in view of his apology on Saturday.
In his apology, he was quoted to have told members of the public, that he made the statement more than two years ago.
However, Giwa urged OAP Daddy Freeze to look for land and build a church if he is truly called by God.
“I advise Daddy Freeze or whatever he calls himself to look for land and build a church. Let him try to gather how many people he can get to worship God with him,” he said.
“Men of God are powerful and you don’t talk against them. Remember how God dealt with Aaron and Miriam when they both talked against Moses in Numbers chapter 12.
“Besides, this guy has never contributed anything meaningful to Nigeria, either by fighting for the oppressed or criticise the bad administration of President Buhari.
“I urge him to refrain from talking rubbish against men of God. He should reserve his energy on bad governance rather than teach what he doesn’t know,” he added.
