The Director-General, Ned Nwoko Campaign Council, Hon Pascal Nwaoronine Adigwe, has described the Delta North Senatorial aspirant under the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Hon Dr. Prince Ned Nwoko, as the ‘central tendency’ that will take Anioma to heights not imagined, if given the mandate by Aniomas, come the senatorial primaries.
Hon Adigwe, a one-time member of the House of Representatives, stated that Ned as a brand that has bestrode the national and international landscape, like a colossus, needs no introduction especially as it relates to his global vision of altruism.
The Ned Nwoko Campaign Council DG who also described his Principal as Primus inter pares, said Ned’s legion acts of patriotic acts, ranging from leading the fight for the Paris club refunds which bailed Nigeria out of recession, to the malaria awareness initiative where he not only became the first Nigerian to visit Antarctica and hoist the nation’s flag but also committed millions of dollars towards research on a vaccine to end the scourge in Africa are indelible.
Adigwe also noted that STARS University, the first Sports University in Sub Saharan Africa, is proudly in Anioma land, courtesy of the billionaire philanthropist whose passion for sports development knows no bounds.
Stating that Prince Ned Nwoko’s achievements in the tourism, culture, and Philanthropy areas, as well as a myriad of infrastructural initiatives at his cost, are Sterling evidence of the Delta North PDP senatorial aspirant, Adigwe affirmed that with Ned at the red Chambers, Anioma in particular, and the nation in general, we’re in for the best of legislative sagacity and dividends of democracy.
