What are some of the challenges you encountered when you started?
As an upcoming artiste one of the major challenges am facing is capital to finance my musical career and you know getting financial resources these days is definitely tough. Secondly, people don’t show support to upcoming Artistes until they are globally recognized, you should know this. Again, I pray those at the helm of affairs in the industry can stop music producers from charging exhaubitant rates to up and coming Artistes, so as to enable us grow as well as push the industry forward.
How can you rate the music industry, so far?
Yes, honestly the industry is a very tough ground, but I do not intend to compete with anyone, I just want to be myself with no pressure, I will express my heart through my music and have fun.
Where do you draw your inspirations from?
I’m a songwriter and I get my inspiration through my everyday activities, things I see and stories I get to read or hear, the good and the bad moments also contributes to my making of good music. But, I thank God because music is in my blood, it is my calling, although it is the spirit of God that gives me inspiration. Sometimes I could be doing random things and the music comes. At other times, I would start singing a known or popular song and in a short while I would start singing a song that is original to me; it comes raw that way.
In five years time. where will you be?
Well, when you love what you do and you trust the process surely the World will acknowledge you one day, definitely.
