The Functioning Permanent Secretary of Delta State Orientation and State Chairperson of Standup for Women Society (SWS), Comrade Mrs. Stella Macaulay has eulogized the sterling leadership qualities of the National President of SWS, Barr Mrs Deborah Ijadele Adetona as she celebrates her birthday.
Macaulay showered Adetona with the best of accolades against the backdrop that she had not only been fearless and focused leader, but had lived for others in terms of humanitarian services and career supports.
Her words were carefully chosen and put succinctly in a way that provokes teary emotions such as the ones below:

Soft as the summer rain yet ever ready to whip an erring member into line – the mother she is, ability to balance love & discipline.
An achiever who did not stagger at the sheer enormity of fulfilling the VISION OF SWS thrust upon her, yet carried it like Abraham of old. A thought which crystallised into action sweeping through the land to become A TEMPLATE for other women groups.
A late bloomer not being ashamed of
her banana peel just so she can inspire others through it.
