Gov. Okowa appoints Vice-Chancellors for three new universities

The Delta State Governor, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa has approved the appointment of the Vice-Chancellor for the three new Universities established in the state.

This was made known in a statement released by the Secretary to the state government, Chiedu Ebie on Monday, April 26.

According to the statement, the newly appointed Vice-chancellors, Prof. Ben Emukufia Akpoyomare Oghojafor, in-charge of Dennis Osadebay University, Anwai, Asaba; Prof. (Mrs) Stella Chinye Chiemeke, University of Delta, Agbor; while, Prof. Jacob Snapps Oboreh, University of Science and Technology, Ozoro.

The statement also notes that the appointment is with immediate effect.
