The Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku (DSPG) Alumni Electoral Committee is calling on all graduates of the institution to take part in the upcoming DSPG Alumni Elective Congress, scheduled to hold from Thursday, July 3rd to Saturday, July 5th, 2025.
This important congress will allow alumni to elect new leaders who will drive the vision and growth of the alumni association forward.
ELECTION TIMETABLE
- Thursday, July 3, 2025 – Arrival of Graduates
- Friday, July 4, 2025 – Registration of Congress Attendees
- Saturday, July 5, 2025 – Continued Registration and Voting Day
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
All graduates intending to participate must come with the following:
- Two (2) recent passport photographs
- Valid means of identification – such as:
- National Identification Number (NIN)
- Voter’s Card
- Driver’s License
- International Passport
- Photocopy of your DSPG academic result
- Proof of Identification as a DSPG graduate, such as:
- Convocation brochure
- School-issued ID card
