The Executive Chairman of Ughelli South local government area, Hon Dr. Richard Kofi, has congratulated Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and all Deltans on the 30th anniversary of the creation of the state climaxing on Friday, August 27th, 2021.
In a statement signed on behalf of the Council Boss by the Secretary to the local government (SLG), Joseph Okeoghene Ubrurhe, noted that Dr. Kofi recalled the sojourn of the oil-rich taste and applauded the efforts of the founding fathers whose track records have endured the stability of Delta at thirty.
Dr. Kofi’s congratulatory statement endorsed by the SLG Ubrurhe, states, “On behalf of the good people of Ughelli south, I Hon Dr. Richard Kofi, the executive Chairman of Ughelli South, hereby congratulates the government and people of Delta State led by our indefatigable EKWUEME, his Excellency, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, on the 30th anniversary of the creation of Delta. 30 years so soon? Your Excellency, we the people of Ughelli South are proud to be associated with you at a time like this.”
