The incumbent Chairman of the Delta State wing of the Nigeria Union of Teachers, (NUT), Comrade Titus Okotie, has been reelected for a second term in office via a massive landslide victory.
Comrade Okotie during the election garnered 583 votes against an abysmal 5 votes recorded by Comrade Goodluck at the College of Education, Warri, venue of the State Wing of NUT delegates conference.
After the election, the jubilation that rent the air was a clear indication of the overwhelming confidence of the incumbent Titus Okotie to steer the ship of the entire teacher affairs in Delta for the next four years.
