Season 7 of Big Brother Naija titled ‘Level Up’ has begun as announced by the host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.
Big Brother Naija Season 7 starts on Saturday 23 July from 19:00 WAT on Africa Magic Showcase, Africa Magic Urban, and Africa Magic Family channels.
The show will also be aired on 24-hour channels 198 on DStv and 29 on GOtv. Fans across Africa can also stream through the African online streaming service, Showmax.
The opening ceremony witnessed exciting performances from Asake and Victony, who thrilled the audience and fans.
During the opening ceremony, 12 of the housemates were also introduced. Groovy, who was the first housemate to join the show also led the introductions with a description of who he is and what he likes and dislikes.
He was followed by the other Housemates; Phyna, Amaka, Kess, Bryann, Ilebaye, Khalid, Daniella, Cyph, Beauty, Pharmsavi, and Christy O.
The second day of the opening ceremony will hold on Sunday, July 24, 2022, across all Africa Magic stations on GOtv and DStv.
As usual, this year winner will be given a whopping N100m grand prize – a cash prize of N50m and N50m worth of prizes from the sponsors.
Also, 30 fans will win N1m each in the ‘Fave Lock-in’ promo exclusive to DStv and GOtv subscribers.
The show that will last for the next ten weeks is said to maintain its previous voting style wherein voting will only be on the Big Brother Naija website, mobile site, and the MyDStv and MyGOtv apps for active subscribers.
