Two persons suspected to be kidnappers within the Isoko community in Delta State have been captured and burnt alive by unhappy youth in the neighborhood.
The incident occurred after the community vigilante group tracked the gun suspect to their hideaways in the forest.
According to a source, six of the suspected kidnappers were neutralized by the infuriated youths in a bloody clash.
Goldennationblog.com gathered that members of the community vigilante group while operating in coalition with the police, were armed with weapons such as cutlasses and locally made guns.
Also, Goldennationblog.com gathered that the vigilante was said to have taken the arrested suspect to the police station until angry residents of the community were said to have mobilized in full force to the police station where they forcefully got hold of the suspects, beat them, and later burnt their bodies.
Meanwhile, the Delta State Police Command Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe, when contacted said he was unaware of the incident as of the time of categorizing this report
