The people of the Warri North Local Government Area of Delta State have been described as peace-loving.
Apostle Benjamin Kukuru made the description during a courtesy visit on Hon ( Evangelist) Michael Diden ( aka Ejele) in Sapele.
He said peace, love and unity are panaceas to development, adding that development does not thrive i an atmosphere of rancour and disunity.
Apostle Kukuru, also known as Ebis said as a son of Warri North Local Government, that he has the burning desire to bring back the lost bond between the Ijaws and Itsekiris of Warri North Local Government Area.
He said bringing back the lost bond is essential because according to him, it would enable the Local Government to enjoy more dividends of Democracy.
Kukuru reiterated that when the desired peace is achieved, it would attract the benefits of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s MORE and Renewed Hope agenda to the doorstep of the people.
He called on the people of Warri North Local Government to continue to live in peace and unity, adding that they should be their brothers’ keepers at all times.
While saying that development does not go to a place of rancour and disunity, he said peace and unity are the wheel on which development manifests
He described Governor Oborevwori as a goal getter who brought his wealth of experience to bear in the development of the state.
