Nigerian musician, Barry Jhay record label boss, Babatunde Oyerinde Abiodun, better known as Kashy Godson is dead.

According to the report, Kashy Godson died after committing suicide on Sunday, March 7, 2021.

It was alleged that the Cash Nation Entertainment boss died after jumping from the balcony of his house at the early hour of on Sunday. However, in a recent development regarding the death of the record label boss, his label’s frontline artiste, Barry Jhay has been arrested in Ghana in connection to his death.

It was gathered that Barry Jhay and Kashy Godson had a misunderstanding and this led to a fight, after the fight, Barry Jhay uploaded a video on his Twitter page showing his bloodied mouth before the death news of his record label boss surfaced online

In the video Barry Jhay posted on Twitter he captioned See the way this guy beat me, I didn’t do anything, I was recording. I’m done with Kash Nation.”

However, a source named Rina (Kashy Godson’s brother) shared some vital details on his Whatsapp status in respect to how the Cash Nation CEO died.

In a similar vein, a friend of Kashy Godson also shared a chat regarding the cause of his death as well.

However, the actual details of his death are still sketchy at the time of filing this report as there seem to be too many conflicting reports surrounding the details of his death as some allegedly reported that someone pushed him off the building.
