Teenager girl goes missing after leaving home for school

A 13-years-old girl, 4.5ft tall, fair in complexion without a tribal mark, speak English and Urhobo language fluently, and identified as Treasure Ofuya, has been reported missing after she failed to return from school in Delta State.

This was made known to newsmen by the acting Spokesperson of the Delta State Police Command, DSP Edafe Bright, on Thursday, May 6.

According to the report, it was gathered that the victim who leave at No. 9 Sunday Ogedegbe Street, Okuokoko, Delta State, left home on Friday, April 30, at about 8:00, am to New Era Modal School in Jakpa Road, Effurun in Delta State and has not returned since then.

Meanwhile, it was also gathered that all the efforts made to her whereabouts proved abortive as it is of public interest that anyone with useful information of her whereabouts should report to the Ekpan Divisional Police Public Relations Officer office or the nearest Police Station.
