See why former Delta CP issued warrant against me – Gbagi

The former minister of Education and frontline Governorship aspirant of the People’s Democratic Party, Chief Barr. Kenneth Gbagi has revealed to the Delta State Commissioner of Police, Ari Muhammed Ali, how his predecessor, CP. Hafiz Muhammed Inuwa was used by some who intend to contend with him to rubbish his reputation towards his gubernatorial race even when he is a man of peace.

Olorogun Gbagi revealed these to newsmen in a statement signed by his Media Assistant, Kenneth Orusi on Sunday, April 12.

In the statement, it was gathered that the top-tier governorship aspirant for the 2023 race revealed these when he visited the Police boss to brief him of his gubernatorial Intention.

According to Olorogun Gbagi’s briefings, he alleged that some persons who intend to contend with him allegedly went out of their ways with the consent of the former Commissioner of Police to purportedly forge a warrant of arrest on him just to rubbish his reputation.

Gbagi stated that Inuwa got carried away to forge a warrant of arrest on him stating that, the whole idea was to embarrass him just to show to the public that he was a criminal.

Gbagi explained that Inuwa undoes the case of people who stole in his hotel by demoting and posting DPOs to harass everybody, asking how will Inuwa disgrace himself to that level? What is so important in life? he added.

The industrialist also stated that the plan was harshed by those who are afraid of his 2023 governorship race stating that, there is no secret in this world.

He said, “I don’t have any secret. I am not a trouble maker. I am the biggest private investor in this state. I am the greatest industrialist in the state.”

Furthermore, Gbagi queried the warrant that was issued by the former CP, stating that, “The warrant of arrest has no division, it was not signed by a Magistrate and the then CP, issued this.”

While still speaking, Gbagi called on the CP to investigate the case of theft and come out with justice, urging the new CP not to support him rather, he should call for the case file and review it. That is all I wanted, he added.
