The Special Adviser to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon. Prince Kelly Penawou has praised the leadership excellence of Jite Brown, chairman of Udu Local Government Area.
He made the commendation recently in Otor-Udu when he paid a courtesy call to the council with members of his team.
Hon. Penawou thanked the chairman for renovating the Udu Council Secretariat adding that he and his team were quick to reveal that they were greatly delighted at the gesture of the chairman.
On his part, Hon. Brown, who was represented by the Secretary to the Council, Mrs. Elohor Awinoro, thanked Penawou and his team for the visit.
Brown, said the council was committed to the security of lives and property of all Udu residents, stressing that no meaningful development could be recorded in an environment of insecurity.
