Bishop David Oyedepo, founder of the Living Faith Church also known as Winners Chapel, has renamed its 100,000 seater auditorium to ‘The Ark’ and set to spend N160 billion.
Recall that the project was first announced in late 2015 as the ‘Faith Theatre’ however, the 100,000 seats stadium-like auditorium has officially be renamed earlier last month during a church service.
Meanwhile, Oyedepo has also revealed that members of the church will not be tasked to contribute to the project.
According to reports, N45 billion has been released for the project, and the project has already been kick-started to be completed in three years.
The project sited on about 1,000 hectares of land within the vast premises of the current church building.
It was gathered that the project when completed, will accommodate over 100,000 people including 24-floor Mission Tower (International Headquarters Facility) made up of two twin towers of 12 floors each.
However, the project when completed will enable the already existing 50,000 seaters Faith Tabernacle to be used as an overflow facility.
