Nigerian singer, Ikuforiji Abdulrahman, popularly known as Oxlade has eventually responded to his sex video that went viral.
He said he was betrayed while apologizing to the lady in the sex tape and also to his fans.
Oxlade has been in the media since a video showing him and an unrecognized lady having sex hit the internet.
The video clips were said to have been leaked via Snapchat. The sex video has proceeded to ignite a profusion of mixed reactions on Twitter.
While some users condemned the singer, others applauded what they termed Oxlade’s “skills” — as the footage was reshared across different social media networks.
According to a statement via his Twitter page on Saturday night, Oxlade apologized to his fans over the leaked sex tape.
The singer attributed the incident to “betrayals”, adding that “I am not the type of person to put my business out there.”
The ‘Ojuju’ crooner also begged the lady in the video, saying she does not “deserve this type of exposure.”
“I am conscious that my business is out in the public and I am not the type of person to put my business out there,” he wrote.
“Betrayals are very real and in this same token I want to apologize to the woman in the video, who did not deserve this type of exposure, and lastly apologies to my fans and well-wishers.”
It was gathered that about five different videos of the singer were disseminated across social media, in which he could be seen having sexual intercourse with the unrecognized lady.
The video clips come a few months after another sex tape scandal implicating Tiwa Savage, the Nigerian songstress, provoked hot anger across social media.
