Delta State – July 8, 2025 – Former Deputy Governor of Delta State, Deacon Barrister Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, has sent warm birthday wishes to Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, the immediate past Governor of the state, describing him as a leader who truly made a difference during his time in office.

Dr. Okowa served as Delta State Governor from 2015 to 2023. During his time in office, he introduced several policies and projects that focused on youth empowerment, education, health, and economic growth. Many people across the state continue to appreciate the impact of his leadership.
