An impatient landlord in Kenya identified as Samuel Kioko has locked the door of his tenant’s apartment with a live snake for failing to pay up their rent.
According to reports, the landlord secretly placed the snake on his tenant’s apartment door after they went to work in the morning.
The landlord who is from the Kunda Kindu area in Kitui town of Kenya shocked residents of the community after setting up a live snake to collect his rent arrears.
The snake which is said to be demonic was seen fixed and ceased to crawl away from the gate despite not being bound.
It was gathered that the tenants failure to pay up their accumulated rent arrears comprising September and October made the hot-tempered landlord to carry out such fierce strategy on them.
