On Friday, March 25, about 8 members of Redeem Christian Church of God, RCCG, has been kidnapped along Kachia Road from Kaduna.
It was gathered that the RCCG members were on their way to Kafanchan before the incident happened.
According to a post that was shared on Facebook by one Eje Kenny Faraday, explained in a statement that all the passengers in the bus had been kidnapped along Kachia Road KM 63 from Kaduna.
He said in his words, “all the passengers in this bus are just kidnapped along Kachia Road KM 63 from Kaduna.”
When confirming the incident, the spokesperson of the RCCG, Pastor Olaitan Olubiyi confirmed the incident to newsmen.
In another vein, the Chairman of Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, in Kaduna State, Rev. (Dr) John Joseph Hayab also confirmed the incident stating that the RCCG members were taken away near Doka along Kachia-Kafanchan highway on Friday evening.
According to the Cleric, he said, he got the information when an unknown number called him on Friday, stating that, he was made to understand that they were more than eight persons that were kidnapped.
