Efe opens up in his latest EP why BBNaija organizers blacklisted him

The winner of Big Brother Naija season 2, Efe Edjeba, has uncovered some shocking revelations on how he was treated after winning the reality show

The singer made the revelation in a lyric video of a song he released on social media from his new EP ‘Against All Odds.

According to the Delta-born reality TV star in the lyrics, he said after winning the Big Brother Naija in 2017, he refused to be ‘used’ and as a result of that, they tried to finish his career even after claiming that they love him.

In his words, “Man no be God, them for finish us.

I win Big Brother, them wan finish me…. I no gree make them use me, them wan evil me.

I dey do my best to put in all.

I’m sorry to my fans we are expecting more

I dey promise to give you joy, make una no give up”

Meanwhile, Nigerian Media personality, Noble Igwe has also provided an insight into why organizers of BBNaija allegedly blacklisted Efe after he won the reality show.

Igwe served a response after a Twitter user asked why Multichoice has allegedly shut Efe out even though he has “apologized and tried to make amends.”

According to Noble in a post, he shared on Twitter on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, he alleges that Efe sat in his car and asked for the head of Multichoice to meet him before he comes out.

Recall that Efe secured 57.61 percent of votes to emerge winner of the 2017 Big Brother Naija ‘See Goobe’ reality TV show. The Warri-born rap artist beat Bisola, who became the 1st runner up with 18.54 percent of the vote at the grand finale.

However, one can arguably note that Efe hasn’t hit the ground running with either his music or his reality TV career, and fans cooked up a theory that he might have offended a higher power.
