Born on the 22nd of May, 1975, to the family of Mr. and Mrs. Emmanuel Okolie Biose, of ldumu-ine quarters of lssele Uku, in Aniocha North local government. Bazim Sally Biose obtained his Higher National Diploma, ( HND), in Marketing, from the Institute of Management & Technology (IMT), Enugu between 2000 and 2002, after which he proceeded for his National Youth Service Corps ( NYSC) national assignment to Yobe State, Damaturu, to be precise, between 2002 and 2003.
Bazim’s maternal grandmother, is from the Adudu family of Ogbeowele quarters of lssele-uku, while his paternal grandmother is from Kachikwu’s family in ldumu Mpeneke quarters, all from lssele uku.
From 2002 – 2004, he works at A+k Nigeria Limited, Port Harcourt, Rivers State; 2005 – 2011, Abbey Mortgage Bank PLC; 2011, MD/CEO, Sallybest Properties LTD, Gwarimpa, Abuja FCT; 2015, Non-Executive Director, AG Mortgage Bank PLC, Chief Executive King Dee suites Apartment, Gwarimpa Abuja while in 2022 till date as Principal Partner, De Eagles Newspapers, Asaba.

His unrestrained passion to serve his people at the grassroots, motivated him to join the political fray of Aniocha North, when in 2018, Baziim contested the DTHA primaries for Aniocha North but was schemed out due to external influences of certain cabals who were alleged to be acting on orders from “above” to deliver his closest rival.
This infraction of the process led to mass defections from the PDP, whose primaries he contested, to the All Progressives Congress (APC), under whose auspices, he is the Aniocha North Candidate for State House of Assembly elections of Saturday, March 18, 2023.
