Popular Nigerian disk jockey and musician, Florence Otedola is better known as DJ Cuppy has announced her master’s degree admission to study African Studies at Oxford University.
The singer announced in two different post she shared on her verified Instagram page on Friday, March 5, 2021.
The first post was a video of her informing her parents while the other post is when she share a picture of her admission letter.
According to DJ Cuppy who shared the picture of her admission letter from the University to study African Studies also revealed when she will proceed with her studies.
In her post, the singer while informing her parents about the development said, “Mama and Papa, I have news to share with you. Remember I applied at Oxford last year for my master’s? I got it. I am going to Oxford University, I am going to Lady Margaret Hall.”
The singer in her first video post further use the opportunity to ask her billionaire father, Femi Otedola if he would pay for her school fees saying, “I hope papa would just pay for my school fees,” a statement her father declined saying, “I have paid for your school fees long enough, I cannot afford to.”
