A dispatched rider has been apprehended after a baby was found inside his delivery box.
It was gathered that the incident happened in the Sangotedo area of Lagos State on Saturday morning.
The incident and the video of the scene were shared on Twitter by Gidi Traffic.
According to the video post, the rider can be seen being beaten by the angry youth as he was being dragged to a police station.
Also in the video, one of the people in the background was heard saying, “This is the child that was abducted.”
However, the situations surrounding the child being kept in the box were not made clear because the police are yet to comment on the development as of press time.
