The presiding Bishop of the House of Gladtidings Mission International, Bishop Dr. Prince Edugbo has congratulated the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori on his emergence as the Delta State Governor-elect at the just concluded 2023 Governorship and State House of Assembly elections in the State.
He noted that Rt. Hon. Oborevwori had endeared himself to the people of the state with his unprecedented humility, friendship, and outstanding services to the state at large.
Bishop Edugbo disclosed this in a sermon he preached recently at the House of Gladtidings Mission International Headquarters, Asaba, Delta State.
The dynamic preacher who spoke on “supernatural prosperity”, said Oborevwori’s victory at the elections was a true confirmation of the party’s “prosperity for all Deltans ” agenda for the people of the State.
He also congratulated Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and the State Chairman of the party, Chief Kingsley Esiso on the victory of the party at the elections stressing that it was an act of God.
Edugbo who lauded Governor Okowa on his administration’s remarkable achievements in the state called on the Governor-elect, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori to continue from where Governor Okowa will stop, to bring more growth and development to the state.
Speaking further, Bishop Edugbo encouraged other contestants and the entire people of the state to be united and work together with the Governor-elect to make Delta State the envy of other states in the country, adding that Delta State was loved and blessed by God from its origin.
