Buhari, Osinbajo receives COVID-19 jabs, gives serious advice to Nigerians (Photos)

President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Saturday, March 6, 2021, received the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine.
This is coming a day after the Federal Government launched the vaccination exercise in the country.
Both took the jab at the new Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa in Abuja, the nation’s capital.
President Buhari urged all Nigerians to go ahead and get vaccinated against COVID-19.
Both leaders were later presented with electronic cards containing the details of their vaccinations by the Executive Director of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA), Dr. Faisal Shuaib.
The vaccination exercise was flagged-off on Friday by the SGF, Mr. Boss Mustapha, on behalf of the President at the National Hospital in Abuja.
Goldennationblog.com gathered that Nigeria on Tuesday received 3.94 million doses of the AstraZeneca/Oxford COVID-19 vaccines, the much-awaited first batch of vaccines from the COVAX Facility.
According to reports, the country has thus far recorded more than 158,000 coronavirus cases and 1,954 deaths
