BREAKING: IGP Adamu’s tenure extended for three months

President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday extended the tenure of the Inspector General of Police, IGP, Mohammed Adamu for three months

Maigari Dingyadi, The Minister of Police Affairs, made this known while briefing State House correspondents at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The minister said Buhari’s decision to extend the IGP’s tenure for another three months was to properly select the new, helmsman.
