Breaking: Death row as Salvation Ministry Church Building Collapses In Delta

The church house of Salvation Ministry beside Rain Oil in Okpanam road, Oshimili North Local Government Area in Delta state has collapsed.

The building collapsed on Tuesday at about 5:55 p.m during evening service trapping an unknown number of worshippers with over 10 deaths recorded.

It was gathered that about ten persons lost their lives, four persons have were rushed to Asaba Specialist Hospital while eight persons have been rescued unhurt.

During the rescue operations, the Secretary to the State Government, Chief Patrick Ukah; the State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Ononye Mordi, and a team of Red Cross officers and firefighters were on the ground as worshippers, and family members, sympathizers were seen crying as of the time of filing this report.
