The Oba of Benin, His Royal Majesty, Oba Ewuare II, and his fifth wife, Esosa Ewuare, welcome a set of quadruplets.
The traditional ruler made this known to guests on Friday at his palace in Benin City.
The set of quadruplets are three males and a female.
Esosa Ewuare is the youngest among the wives of the Oba of Benin.
Celebrating the set of quadruplets, the monarch paid tribute to God Almighty and the ancestors for the blessing.
Also, the presiding priest of the oldest West African Church, Holy Aruosa Church, Ohen-Osa Igbinoghodua Edebiri, offered prayers to God for wisdom and guidance for the newborns.
Meanwhile, the celebration of the babies existed side-by-side with the visit of the national executives of the Immaculate Conception College, Benin City, which is the alma-mater of the Oba of Benin.
Recall, in May 2020, the monarch welcome his first infant Prince after he ascended the throne of his ancestors as the 40th Oba of Benin from her Royal Highness, Iyayota Ewuare.
