Nigerian comedian and actor, Ayo Makun, popularly known as AY, has welcomed his second child, a baby girl with his wife Mabel.
It was gathered that the newly born baby arrived 13 years after the birth of their first child, Michelle.
This was revealed by AY in a post he shared on his Instagram page on Tuesday, January 18, 2021.
According to his post, the entertainer said the arrival of the baby is proof that God’s time is always the best, stating that the arrival is a validation of their prayer requests that was answered after 13 years.
In his post, the 50-year-old comedian also thanked friends and fans who assisted his family amid their quest to have another baby after their first child.
Also, in his post, he further encouraged people to always believe God with all their hearts regardless of their expectation.
AY while sharing his post on IG page, he wrote “Our prayers in the last 13 years have been answered. Ayomide thank you for making @realmabelmakun and I, Mummy and daddy again. Thank you for making Michelle a big sister.”
“Thanks to everyone who kept us in their prayers and never stopped feeding us with positive vibes.”
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. God’s time is always the best.”
Last year November, the couple celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary as a parent after they tied the knot in November 2008.
