The Asaba Development Union (ADU), based in Asaba, has extended an open invitation to all Asaba sons and daughters, both at home and in the Diaspora, to attend the historic coronation of Obi (Prof.) Epiphany Chigbogu Azinge, SAN, the 14th Asagba of Asaba.
The coronation is scheduled to take place on October 5th, 2024, at the Asagba’s Palace in Asaba, with the ceremony beginning at 9 a.m.
In a joint statement, Sir (Dr.) Steve Eboka, President of the Men’s Wing, and Hon. Obi Mrs. Chinwe Oduah, Esq., President of the Women’s Wing, called on all Asaba indigenes to turn out in large numbers to show solidarity with the newly crowned monarch.
This event marks a significant milestone in the history of Asaba, and the ADU encourages full participation to honor and support their new king.
