A terrible accident happened in Agbor, the main town of Ika South Local Government Area in Delta State. A tanker carrying petrol caught fire, and many people are feared dead.
The accident happened near First Bank on the busy Old Lagos/Asaba Road. The driver of the tanker was trying to turn when the tanker fell, spilling petrol and bursting into flames.
Videos show people around the scene struggling to stop the fire, but they couldn’t do much because firefighters had not arrived.
The fire spread quickly, burning several houses and cars nearby. Sadly, one car owner was caught in the fire, and their body was seen on the road.
This is a very sad event, and people in Agbor are still trying to deal with the tragedy.
