Apple’s New iPhone 17 Air Might Be the Thinnest Ever!

Good news for iPhone lovers! Apple is working on a brand-new phone called the iPhone 17 Air, and it’s expected to be super thin — maybe the thinnest iPhone ever made!

Some pictures of the iPhone 17 Air have leaked online, showing what it might look like. The phone seems to have a soft, matte finish on the back and only one camera instead of the usual two or three. That’s because Apple is trying to make the phone as slim and light as possible.

How thin is it? The iPhone 17 Air could be only about 5.5 millimetres thick. That’s just a little thicker than Apple’s slimmest tablet, the iPad Pro, and thinner than most phones in the world today.

What else do we know?

  • The screen might be 6.6 inches wide — not too big, not too small.
  • It may have a super sharp and smooth display with really tiny borders.
  • The front camera might be upgraded to 24 megapixels, which means even better selfies!
  • It could come with Apple’s new chip (A18 or A19), making it fast.
  • It may run iOS 19, a new software that lets you change how your phone looks and works.

Why is it called “Air”? Just like Apple’s MacBook Air, the name “Air” shows that this phone is meant to be super slim and light. But that also means it might have a smaller battery and fewer camera features than the Pro versions.

How much will it cost? The iPhone 17 Air could cost around $900, which is cheaper than the Pro version but more expensive than the regular iPhone 17.

Apple hasn’t officially announced the phone yet, but if these leaks are true, we might be seeing a brand-new type of iPhone very soon — one that’s all about being thin, light, and stylish!
